Why the name Kaleidoscope?

Similar to a kaleidoscope tool that was made to inspire innovators with unique designs and colors. Here at Kaleidoscope Studio, we aim to bring life and color to Midtown Stockton, CA through the Kaleidoscope Neighborhood initiative. By donating 10% of our sales from client projects, we support local non-profits and small businesses that we believe in—helping to create a vibrant community.

What is a brand development company?

We’re not just graphic designers — we’re your creative partners in building a brand that actually stands out. While graphic design makes things look good, brand development makes them unforgettable. At Kaleidoscope Studio, we build brands from the ground up or rebrand to reach a new audience. You’re not hiring someone to “just make it pretty.” You’re working with a team that helps build your brand from the inside out, making sure every piece connects with your audience and tells a clear, consistent story.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines depend on the scope, but most branding projects take 2–3 weeks, and full website builds range from 3–6 weeks. We’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront — and stick to it.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Absolutely. We offer ongoing maintenance, design tweaks, updates, and new feature support. Think of us as your creative partner, not just a one-time service.

Can I hire you for just a logo or one-off design?

Yes — we always take on one-off projects. However, we always encourage our partners to pursue ongoing projects with our team for long-term consistency and results.

How do payments work?

For fixed-scope projects, we split payments into 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. For monthly retainers, payments are made at the start of each billing cycle.

What if I’m not happy with the first concept?

No problem — that’s part of the process. We include an initial mockup and then 2 rounds of revisions to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result. Your feedback helps us shape it just right.

Do you work with clients from any country?

Yes! We work with clients around the world — across time zones, industries, and cultures. Remote collaboration is our default, and we’ve got it down to a science.
